CSDA has successfully renewed its CoreTrustSeal certification, an internationally recognized certification for trustworthy digital repositories.
The renewed certification confirms that CSDA meets international standards for the long-term preservation, management, accessibility, and reuse of research data. The CoreTrustSeal assessment evaluates repositories in areas such as organizational infrastructure, digital object management, technical reliability, security, and user support, while also reflecting compliance with FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable).
CSDA has been a certified repository for many years, and the successful re-certification reaffirms its commitment to providing high-quality and trustworthy services to the research community in the Czech Republic and internationally. The certification also supports CSDA’s active participation in European research infrastructures, particularly CESSDA ERIC and initiatives connected to the European Open Science Cloud.
More information about the certification is available on the CoreTrust Seal Foundation.
