The internal working processes of the archive are regulated by archiving rules, which are structured according to the procedure of archiving the data file from the pre-receipt phase to the phase of providing the data file to archive users. All activities of the digital archive are based on the internationally recognized OAIS (Open Archival Information System) scheme.
