Your data will be transferred to the archive in line with a submission agreement, which governs the terms of the process. The agreement is concluded between the data depositor (who explicitly declares their right to dispose of the data and transfer a copy to CSDA) and IS ASCR.
The submission agreement licenses CSDA to dispose of the data, in particular to preserve it and provide it for reuse under defined conditions.
The agreement may especially stipulate any restrictions on archive users’ access to your data.
