Conditions of Data File Use

I hereby undertake to comply with the following conditions of use of the data files provided by the Czech Social Science Data Archive:

1) I will use the requested data and materials for noncommercial research or teaching purposes only.
2) Personal information related to the respondents of research projects are strictly confidential. I will not disclose or attempt to acquire such information. I will treat the requested data and materials in such a way that will protect the confidentiality of the information.
3) I will respect the copyright laws related to the data files in use. When publicizing information based on the data files acquired from the Sociological Data Archive, I will always cite the research and its author.
4) I will not provide data files to other users without permission of the Archive.
5) I will provide the Archive with the bibliographical information on all published materials based on the data file use.
6) I affirm that the Archive is not responsible for the reliability of its data.
7) I guarantee that the conditions of use of data files from the Czech Social Science Data Archive will also be upheld by all other persons with the access to requested data and materials.

I approve that my personal data provided within the registration form will be used for the purposes of the Czech Social Science Data Archive. This approval also holds for providing data file depositors with my registration information. This approval will be valid for the duration of my registration.

I agree with the conditions above
